Browse repository scan results produced by the GÉANT Software Licensing team. Each report provides a structured overview of documentation completeness, licence compliance, and missing artefacts for software projects participating in the GÉANT Software Catalogue.

ArtifactScan checks for the presence and quality of essential repository files — README, LICENSE, COPYRIGHT, CHANGELOG, AUTHORS, NOTICE, and CONTRIBUTING — and invokes ScanCode Toolkit for deeper licence and copyright detection. Each finding includes a suggested fix to help teams resolve issues quickly.

ArtifactScan is open source under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later , developed as part of the GN5-2 project.
